You can call me Becca! I have been in customer service for 6+ years now and love helping people in any way I can. As an individual working towards a masters (and hopefully a doctorate in the future!) in biology, customer service skills are more important to my future than they may initially seem. As my first experience in the insurance industry, I have fallen in love with the work I do here at CPIP inc. and the help I get to provide to people along the way. When I’m not here in office, I’m working on my research or hiking with my black lab, Abbott.
